This replaced the interview with a technical assessor removing the burden from the in-house experts, saving engineering hours and shortening the recruitment process. It further improved the candidate experience as they can quickly move onto the assessment stage without having to wait for an interview to be arranged. The data from the test results enabled the recruitment team to analyse and evaluate candidates' skills and shortlist them based on their technical abilities.
